To maintain transparency, compliance, and smooth financial operations, Global Victors Pvt. Ltd. follows the below income distribution system:

1. Income Distribution Period

  • Income is processed and distributed between the 15th and 20th of every month.
  • Distribution applies to all eligible commissions, incentives, bonuses, and rewards earned in the previous business cycle.
  • Payments are released only to verified and compliant accounts.

2. Income Hold Conditions

Global Victors Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to temporarily hold income under the following circumstances:

  1. Incomplete, incorrect, or unverified KYC / bank details
  2. Violation of company policies, ethics, or system guidelines
  3. Misrepresentation of income claims, products, or business model
  4. Use of fake IDs, duplicate accounts, or system manipulation
  5. Customer, downline, or upline complaints under verification
  6. Promotion of unauthorized trainings, parallel systems, or misleading tools
  7. Involvement in legal, regulatory, or compliance reviews
  8. Any activity that damages the company’s brand, system, or integrity

Note: Held income is not forfeited unless proven fraudulent or illegal after investigation.

3. Income Review & Verification Process

  • Every held income goes through an internal audit and verification process.
  • The distributor may be asked to submit:
  • Corrected KYC or bank details
  • Clarification or written explanation
  • Supporting documents if required
  • Review timelines depend on the nature of the issue.

4. Re-Release System (Income Unhold Process)

  • Once all issues are fully resolved and approved:
  • Held income will be re-released in the next applicable payout cycle
  • In some cases, income may be released within the same month, subject to approval
  • No interest or penalty is applicable on held income during the review period.

5. Important Compliance Note

  • Global Victors follows a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, manipulation, and unethical practices.
  • Repeated violations may lead to:
  • Permanent income blockage
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal action if required

6. Company Rights

Global Victors Pvt. Ltd. holds the final authority to:

  • Approve, hold, release, or cancel income
  • Update or modify income distribution policies as per business, legal, or regulatory requirements
